Recombinant mouse NTAL / LAB is expressed in E. coli. DNA sequence encoding mouse NTAL (amino acids 30 - 203) was fused with a His tag at the N-terminus.A calculated molecular mass of the fussion protein is 22.2 kDa. The recombinant fragment migrates as a 28 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
